Mobile phone, computer, camera, camcorder, external memory, voice recorder etc. devices are not allowed inside our institution. When entering the institution, such devices are received by the relevant security personnel in consultation.

a. Corporate Visits:

For visits to the areas covered by confidential project studies and to penetrate confidential information, documents, materials or the project, the following information must be submitted to the relevant institution authority 21 business days in advance:

The purpose of the visit
The facility to be visited
The date and duration of the visit,
Visitor information (place and date of birth, TR ID number, passport number if foreign, nationality, institution/company information, position in the company),
If there is, the number of the person's security document and the degree of confidentiality of this document.

Within the scope of this information, a visit permit is requested to the Ministry of National Defense, Technical Services Department, and a visit is made if deemed appropriate.

b. Commercial Visits (product promotion, tender, purchasing, etc.):

Visits and meetings outside the scope of confidential project works are held in meeting rooms located in the information and lobby areas of the buildings.
