Integrated Circuit Design and Training Laboratory

TÜTEL (Integrated Circuit Design and Training Laboratory) started its activities under the roof of BİLGEM in 2017. Playing a pioneering role in the field of integrated circuit design, TÜTEL carries out digital design projects, random number generators, transceiver integrated circuit designs. In addition, TÜTEL continues to work on the design of a low-power secure processor for Internet of Things (IoT) systems, as well as the design of artificial intelligence algorithms in hardware-level chip flow. TÜTEL maintains its leading position in the sector with innovative and sustainable solutions offered by its strong R&D capabilities.

National Electronics and Cryptology Research Institute

National Electronics and Cryptology Research Institute (UEKAE) is an R&D institution that contributes significantly to Turkey's information security experience while developing information security and electronic system projects needed by strategic public institutions in our country.

Institute of Information Technologies

Information Technologies Institute (BTE) conducts applied research and produces projects in the field of information and communication within BİLGEM. BTE since its establishment; has undertaken many projects in coordination with the public, private sector, universities and research institutes, and has gained significant knowledge in its own fields of work.

Advanced Technologies Research Institute

Advanced Technologies Research Institute (İLTAREN), Informatics and Information Security Advanced Technologies Research Center (BİLGEM)

Cyber Security Institute

TÜBİTAK Informatics and Information Security Advanced Technologies Research Center (BİLGEM) is a national R&D center that produces solutions in the fields of informatics, information security and advanced electronics within the framework of the needs of the public and private sectors, in civil and military fields, under the Republic of Turkey. TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, which carries out scientific and technological research with more than 40 years of experience and strong human resources at international standards, acts with the principle of producing independent and innovative solutions.

These domestic and national technologies are actively used by many countries (Europe, America, Asia and Africa, etc.) together with NATO, within the framework permitted by our state.

With these efforts of our institution, our country has become a country that can compete with world giants by exporting technology abroad in the fields of information and information security.

Are national products developed in the field of Cyber Security exported abroad?

Nationally developed products, especially those containing national crypto algorithms, are not exported abroad for security reasons. Within the scope of confidentiality and cooperation agreements, if requested, the production of the items included in the "List subject to Control" specified under the main headings in the Law No. 5201, as well as the export and import permit procedures can only be carried out under the responsibility and within the knowledge of the Ministry of National Defense.
